We are so grateful you are considering joining us. Shalom Collective exists for pastors and faith leaders who long for a community that truly understands the unique demands of their calling. Our cohort year creates intentional space for rest, nourishment, and genuine connection — through guided gatherings rooted in contemplative practices, shared meals, and honest conversation within a diverse community of leaders across denominations.

2026-2027 Cohort Gatherings

    Nourishment Around the Table

    October 19, 2026

    5:30-8:30 PM

    Our year begins around the table at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms — preparing a meal together, sharing conversation, and beginning to build the relationships that will carry us through the year. Breaking bread together is where it all starts.

    Winter Rest & Retreat

    January 25, 2027

    9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    We will gather together at the beautiful & peaceful Setting Inn around the theme of rest, moving through solitude, small groups with a certified spiritual director, and unhurried time together to be refreshed and more connected to God and to one another.

    Connect & Reflect

    March 15, 2027

    9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    At our third gathering, we will slow down and go deeper — creating space to connect with God and with one another through solitude, spiritual direction, and small group time. Wherever we land (location is TBA) the setting will invite reflection and the kind of honest, unhurried conversation that renews the soul.

    Send Off with Shalom

    May 27-28, 2027

    9:00AM (5/27) - 10:00AM (5/28)

    We close our year together with an overnight retreat at Mt. Angel Abbey — a sacred space for solitude, reflection, and celebration of all that the year has held. Our time will culminate in a commissioning, sending each leader back into their community renewed and rooted.
